The new Bonded PERFORMANCE bullets in Nosler Defense ammo make it a great self-defense load. In order to prevent jacket/core separation, PERFORMANCE bullets were created using the same technology as Nosler’s reliable AccuBond bullet. The resulting bullet keeps almost all of its initial weight. Reliable expansion is simultaneously produced by a lead alloy core and tapered jacket. Nosler Defense ammo comes either a jacketed hollow point bullet or one with a polymer tip.
